Alison Ross, Founder & Lead Planner of Alison Ross Events, shares that she loves working with the team at Joe’s Live Rosemont. “They allow you to be super creative when it comes to food and beverage —  being able to pull from all the best Lettuce Entertain You properties. They also have amazing built-in sound and lighting as well as TV and screens for montage.” She also recommends the outdoor space for an adult cocktail hour, weather permitting.
