Warner commented, “Charleston is one of the very few cities that are geared towards hosting weddings — it’s a wedding city. The city has a very European feel about it with the classic, old historical buildings, and a Southern feel with gardens that make for beautiful photo ops.
“It’s a big city without feeling like a big city. You have beaches, islands, and history.”
She offered more advice, saying, “When you tell your guests your wedding is in Charleston, expect your whole guest list to fly across the country to be there. People from all across the country, and the world, will come to Charleston to host their destination wedding.”
